 Usage: csm-data api rds-load-csv [OPTIONS]                                                                                                                                                                        

 Load data from a runner's RDS database into a CSV file.                                                                                                                                                           
 Executes a SQL query against the runner's RDS database and saves the results to a CSV file. By default, it will list all tables in the public schema if no specific query is provided.
